Server builds 742-758 (30th April 2014 – 8th May 2014)

Client builds 485-489 (28th April 2014 – 8th May 2014) – SIP SIMPLE messaging fixes.

1. Installation fixes
– removed requirement to start WCS as a root ser.
– removed JDK reqirement. JRE is enough.

2. SIMPLE messaging fixes
– IMDN
– PAI and CallerID
– multipart/mixed

3. Added few settings:
– add_register_auth_headers=true
– reg_expires=3600 setting
– exclude_mac_from_candidates_gathering=

4. Added HTTPS interface for Load balancer.

5. Some signalling fixes.
Fixed handling of 200 OK upon REGISTER in some situations.

6. Updated DTLS.
