We have implemented new diagnostic and logging architecture for Web Call Server
Now it can be configured to fetch all browser and server logs for each client session and organaize the logs on the server.
Besides this we implemented “bug report” function and corrsponding js API function which writes a full bug report with all logs and traffic dumps necessary for investigation.
It gives an ability to improve our support service and reaction, and decrease issue resolution time.
