Android Chrome and FF browsers support of WebRTC, it means the same browser client can be used.
If you need to use a native Android app, you can develop such Android app using standard SIP SDK or SIP/WebRTC stack.
Another way – to port Flash client to Adobe Air. It’s simplest way to get native Android app. However first way with SIP SDK and WebRTC stack is better in look and feel and usability terms.
