WCS2 is no longer available.
Please use WCS3 if it is possible.
Latest version WCS3 has WebRTC support.
WebRTC provides better quality than flash and i would recommend you to use WCS3 and PhoneJS.html(or other javascript wrapper) because it is a wrapper over Flash and WebRTC with automatic fallback.
Phone.html uses pure Flash application that is not longer supported with WCS3.
