Yes, you can. Flashphoner works perfect at the Amazon cloud.
Yes, we provide installation service for free first time. Please create support ticket and attach access to your testing server to the ticket.
We’ll install server within 1 business day.
Required details:
1. Server IP address.
2. SSH port.
3. SSH root login and password.
4. Product you wish to install.

New ServerId
You can find the serverId here:

Note, you must not just copy serverId from old server to new server.
ServerId is unique identifier and it is generated every time installing the software.
If you move the product from one server to another server using simple copying, you need to do 2 steps to re-create serverId on the new server:
1) Remove current serverId.
2) Restart server and connect flashphoner_client default application to the server using your SIP login and password.
New serverId will be generated.

We’ll provide you new license as soon as possible according our standard response time.
Flashphoner products have “per server” licensing model. It means, you can use one Flashphoner license on one Hardware or Virtual server. ServerId is an unique identifier of server and Flashphoner license is bound to serverId.
Support and maintanance perod is 6 months after purchasing. We provde support and updates for free within this period. Next 6 months package will cost 50% of the license cost.
Yes, Flashphoner purchased license is lifetime.

RTMP SIP Gateway – /usr/local/WowzaMediaServer/logs/flashphoner.log
Flashphoner Web Call Server has own embedded RTMFP media server, WebRTC proxy and Websocket server. If you want to create new browser – VoIP SIP application from scratch, Flashphoner Web Call Server is good choise.
RTMP SIP Gateway is Wowza Media Server based product.
If you want to connect your existing Wowza server with SIP VoIP network, RTMP SIP Gateway is exellent solution for this aim.
Yes, WebRTC is suported in Web Call Server product for latest Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Current implementation supports WebRTC Audio only.
We plan to introduce WebRTC video calls at Q4 2013.
Flashphoner IMS 3GPP – is Web Call Server product with additional IMS 3GPP features.
IMS 3GPP features set may be helpfull for mobile GSM provider that has stack of own mobile numbers and IMS equipment.
Flashphoner IMS 3GPP can be connected to to IMS equipment for browser – calls and browser – SMS services organization.
Flashphoner perfectly works with Asterisk, OpenSIPs, FreeSwitch and other PBX and SIP proxies which supports SIP specifications properly. If you have any notices and if you have any bug, please write us to support contacts. We investigate all compatibility issues and, as rule, we are solving them successfully.

The price of each product depends on the supported features list.
We provide software, not service.
You will need to install our product to your own VPS or dedicated server.
You purchase software license, not service subscription.
We are not working as SAAS for now.
We plan to make Flashphoner Cloud Service in 2014. See our roadmap.

1. Installation and configuring of our product bundled with default web application.
